Send Payment Links via WhatsApp Chatbot with Telr Integration

Integrate Telr into your WhatsApp chatbot to simplify payments by automatically sending payment links during conversations.

Overview

When a customer requests to make a payment, the BizMagnets-powered chatbot uses Telr's API to generate a secure payment link and delivers it via WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction. This integration automates the payment process and improves the customer experience by providing a secure, easy payment option directly within the chat.

Setting Up Telr Payments Integration

1. To get started, go to the Integrations section and click on Telr Payments.

1. Once you select the Telr Connector, you'll be prompted to either create a new connection or choose an existing one.

2. If you're adding a new connection, enter the connection name, store id and authentication key then click on Create.

1. The newly created connection will be listed under Select Existing Connection.

Using the Telr Payments to Create a Payment Link

1. Once you click on 'Connect,' you'll be directed to the 'Create Payment Link' action.

• Amount: Enter the amount for which you want to generate the payment link, or use a variable containing the amount.

• Currency: Select the payment currency, either INR or USD.

• Description: Enter the description of the payment link.

• Save response in the variable: Create or select a variable

• where you want to store the generated payment link.

1. Once you have entered the required information, click Save. The card will be created in the interface. Connect it with the Send Card to share the payment link with your users.
