# Bulk WhatsApp Opt-In

The Bulk WhatsApp Opt-In feature in BizMagnets’ Sales and Support Inbox allows you to collect consent from multiple users at once, enabling seamless and compliant communication via WhatsApp.

## Update Opt-In Settings

Follow these simple steps to update the bulk WhatsApp opt-in settings in the Sales and Support Inbox:

1. Navigate to the **Sales** or **Support Inbox**.
2. Click on the three-dot menu icon and select **'WhatsApp Opt-in'**.

3. Select the desired contacts from the contact list.&#x20;
4. Click the WhatsApp icon. A confirmation prompt will appear.

4. Confirm the action to opt-in the selected contacts for WhatsApp messaging. This updates their contact settings accordingly.
