Ad Insights in BizMagnets provides key performance metrics for a business's advertising campaigns.

This feature allows you to track and analyze your ad spend, reach, clicks, and conversions, giving you a clear picture of your campaign's effectiveness and helping you optimize your marketing budget.

Ad Insights Metrics

The ad insights dashboard includes the following metrics:

  • Ad Spend: The total amount of money spent on the advertising campaigns.

  • Reach: The number of unique people who have seen the ads.

  • Link Clicks: The number of times people have clicked on a link within the ads.

  • Conversations: The number of new conversations initiated as a result of the ads. This is a crucial metric for campaigns aimed at generating leads through WhatsApp.

  • Cost Per Result: The average cost for each desired outcome, such as a lead or a conversation.

  • Eligible Leads: The number of leads generated by the ads that meet specific qualification criteria.

  • Purchases: The number of sales or purchases that can be directly attributed to the advertising campaigns.

Below the summary metrics, the dashboard also provides a detailed breakdown by individual ad, showing data points like Ad ID, Ad Name, Ad Status, Campaign Name, Reach, Spend, Clicks, and Created Date. This allows users to drill down into the performance of each specific ad and identify which ones are most effective.

Graph Analytics

Graph Analytics provides a way to visualize trends and relationships in your business data, allowing you to see how different metrics are changing over a specific period.

  1. Actions: This graph plots the number of 'Messaging Connections,' 'Page Engagement,' and 'Post Engagement' over time. This visualizes how your customer interactions and engagement levels have fluctuated day by day.

  2. Spend, Clicks, Impressions: This graph shows the trends for your ad spend, link clicks, and ad impressions. This allows you to quickly identify patterns, such as whether a spike in spending led to a corresponding increase in clicks or impressions.

Ad Insights serves as a central hub for tracking and analyzing the return on investment (ROI) of advertising efforts, connecting ad performance directly to tangible business results like leads, conversations, and sales.
