Message Credits
Easily manage your Message Credits on BizMagnets. Add funds to your account, receive notifications when your balance is low, and access detailed conversation reports.
Message Credits work like prepaid funds for sending messages from your account, similar to prepaying for a phone plan. Once your balance runs out, you won’t be able to send any more messages until you add funds—just like when a phone balance is depleted and you can no longer make calls.
Manage/Add Credits
To add credits to your account, simply follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard and you will find the Message Credits in the right side corner.
Select Add Credits. Enter the desired amount to add, click on Add Credits, and proceed with the payment. It's as straightforward as recharging your phone.
You will receive a notification once the transaction is complete, along with a payment confirmation via email.
Message Credits Features
You will receive notifications in your BizMagnets account and via email when your account balance is low, specifically when it reaches INR 100 or USD 5.
You can recharge your account with a minimum of INR 100 or $5, up to a maximum of INR 100,000 or $2,000 in a single transaction. Please note that an 18% GST will apply to INR transactions.
If you have any pending payments, pop-up alerts will appear in your account to prompt you to complete them. You also have the option to cancel pending payments and recharge with different amounts.
You can view conversation reports for Free conversations, Business-initiated conversations, and User-initiated conversations, as well as export usage data for the past six months at any time.
While creating a new broadcast, the estimated amount needed for campaigns and broadcasts will be displayed. If your balance is insufficient, your account will be notified.
Note:
If your account balance is low or negative, you will not be able to access any features in your account, such as replying to conversations or sending broadcasts, until you recharge your account. You will receive notifications via your account and email when your balance is running low.
If you have scheduled a broadcast and your credits are insufficient or below the required amount, the broadcast will not be sent and will show a failed status.
