Experience seamless integration with Zoho CRM (IN or COM) through the Zoho Connector. Utilize actions such as creating or updating leads, managing dynamic modules, and retrieving records.
Overview
Begin a smooth integration journey with Zoho CRM, tailored to your specific domain (Zoho CRM IN or Zoho CRM COM). Explore the various actions offered by the Zoho Connector, including creating or updating leads, managing dynamic modules, and retrieving records.
Connect Zoho CRM
Select the appropriate connector based on your domain (Zoho CRM IN for .in domains or Zoho CRM COM for .com domains). For this example, we'll proceed with Zoho CRM IN.
After selecting the connector, you'll see a list of possible actions with the Zoho Connector: Create A Lead, Create Dynamic Module, and Get A Record. Choose the action you want to perform. You will then be prompted to either create a new connection or use an existing one.
Clicking on "Create Connection" will open a pop-up prompting you to sign in to your Zoho account. If you're already signed in, it will request permission to use your Zoho account. After signing in and granting access, BizMagnets will be connected to Zoho, and a new connection will be created, as shown in the screenshot below.
You will see the newly created connection under "Select Existing Connection." Click on "Connect," and you will be redirected to edit the action.
Using the Zoho Connector
Create A Lead
Go to Zoho CRM, click connect and select "Create A Lead".
In addition to the required fields (Last Name and Company), there are a few optional fields available for data input.
If you have created any custom fields in your Zoho account and captured data for them, you can find these fields in the "Customer Fields" dropdown. You can then add a variable that stores the value for each custom field.
All customer details captured after interacting with the chat flow will be sent to the connected Zoho account.
Create Dynamic Module
Go to Zoho CRM, click connect and select "Create Dynamic Module".
Select the module from Zoho where you want to create a record (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals). For this example, we'll use the Leads module.
The record will be captured in the Leads module after users interact with the chat flow.
Get A Record
Go to Zoho CRM, click connect and select "Get A Record".
The mandatory field is the variable where you want to store the value. You can create a new variable or select an existing one from the dropdown to store the module's record.
The record will be captured in the Contacts module after users interact with the created chat flow.
Ensure you add the correct variables as values for all the fields.
With your Zoho CRM connector configured, you can effortlessly manage leads and dynamic modules. Follow the steps in this guide to ensure accurate data input, whether you're creating a single lead, or working with dynamic modules. Optimize your Zoho integration by adding the correct variables and values, making your chat flow a powerful tool for efficient customer relationship management.
