From the left navigation, go to Integration and select Cart Flow from the available apps.
Click Connect, enter your brand name, select the connection, and provide your shop URL for the integration, then click Submit.
A webhook URL will be generated, which you'll need to enter in your WordPress account.
If you already have an existing connection for WooCommerce, you can select and use that connection.
After setup, you'll be redirected to Configuration. Select your channel and click Update Configuration.
By following these steps, you can efficiently set up Cart Abandonment Recovery and optimize your WooCommerce sales.
To integrate the webhook with your WooCommerce store, follow these steps:
In your WordPress Account, navigate to the left-hand menu, select Plugins, and click on Add New.
In the search bar, look for Cart Abandonment Recovery and install the plugin.
Once installed, go to WooCommerce and select Cart Abandonment.
Under Cart Abandonment settings, start adding the necessary details.
To enable tracking, check the box for Start capturing abandoned carts and set the time for the cart abandonment cut-off based on your research.
If you wish to exclude certain statuses from tracking, check the appropriate box. Disable tracking for all statuses except Pending Payment, On Hold, and Failed, as shown in the screenshot.
For the Webhook Settings, copy the Webhook URL generated in your BizMagnets account and paste it into the Webhook URL field.
The functionality of the webhook is not affected by the status of the Trigger Sample. Even if you see "Trigger Failed," your webhook will still work properly once saved.
After entering all the necessary fields for the plugin, make sure to click Save Changes for the plugin to start functioning.
This will activate the tracking and allow your WooCommerce store to capture and manage abandoned carts using the webhook.
