# Community

The Community is a predefined list of WhatsApp users that a business has collected and organized for targeted messaging purposes.

BizMagnets Community aids in managing groups of contacts efficiently, enabling businesses to send relevant information, campaign, and updates to specific subsets of their audience, thus enhancing engagement and improving the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.

Navigate to the **'Customers**' section in the dashboard and select **'Community'**. You will be directed to the Community page, which contains two tabs: ['**New Community'**](/contacts/community/new-community.md) and [**'Existing Community.'**](/contacts/community/existing-community.md)
