Contacts within BizMagnets can be added via two methods:
To initiate the creation of a Single Contact, select '+ Add New Contact'.
This action opens a sidebar where you'll be prompted to enter the contact's information, including Name, WhatsApp Number, Email, Tags and others.
Importing contacts to BizMagnets in bulk is a powerful feature for businesses that need to manage large numbers of customers.
To add contacts to BizMagnets in bulk, start by selecting 'Import'.
Select 'Import File' from the dropdown menu.
Next, click on 'Download Sample' for reference. You can choose to download the sample file with or without country codes.
Refer to the sample file and arrange your contact details in the same format. Once done, proceed to upload the file to BizMagnets. After uploading, give the import file a new name and select either 'Add New Contacts' or 'Add New and Update Existing' as the import type.
The marketing opt-in option will default to 'Yes'. Additionally, you have the option to assign tags to the contacts you're uploading in bulk.
The next step is to map the contact fields from your file to the corresponding BizMagnets Custom Fields. If you haven't created any custom fields in BizMagnets yet, you can create them at this stage. Once you've ensured that the fields are properly mapped, click 'Submit' to finalize the upload of your contacts into BizMagnets.
The Import History table provides a detailed record of all contact import activities performed in the system.
This table is useful for tracking the history of contact imports, identifying errors, and understanding the types of actions performed during each import.
Once a contact is added to your BizMagnets account, you can view the date they were added by checking their contact details. This date indicates when the contact was first included in your list. This information is accessible in the main list view and not within the individual contact details.
