Campaign Analytics

Immediately after scheduling the campaign, you will be directed to the campaign overview page. There, you can review the performance of other campaign as well.

Campaign Summary

  • Recipients: Total number of contacts targeted by the campaign.

  • Sent: The number of messages successfully dispatched from the platform.

  • Delivered: The count of messages that reached the recipients' devices.

  • Read: The number of recipients who have opened the message.

  • Replied: The number of recipients who responded to the message.

  • Failed: The number of messages that could not be sent or delivered.

  • Reactions: The number of emoji reactions received on the message.

  • Clicks: The number of times a link in the message was clicked.

You can see the data for past 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, weekly or monthly and you can select the custom range to see the broadcast data.

A campaign export allows you to download all relevant data for a specific campaign. This provides a comprehensive record of campaign details, performance metrics, and a full list of contacts, which is useful for offline analysis, reporting, and data migration.
