# Calendly

## **What the Integration Offers:**

By linking Calendly with BizMagnets, you can:

* Send WhatsApp confirmations for scheduled events.
* Automatically send reminders before the event.
* Gather feedback or send follow-ups after the event.

## **Getting Started:**

1. Ensure you have a [Calendly](https://calendly.com/) account before proceeding with the integration.
2. Add the event location (e.g., Google Meet link, physical address, or other joining details) under the Event Details in Calendly.

## Connect Your Calendly Account with BizMagnets

1. Navigate to Integrations from the left-hand menu. Scroll down to Available Integrations and click Connect next to Calendly.

2. On the Calendly Integration page, click Connect again. Enter an Integration Name and click Submit.

You will then be redirected as follows:

* **If not signed in to Calendly:** You’ll be directed to Calendly’s sign-in window. After signing in, you’ll be redirected to the Integration Configuration page in BizMagnets.
* **If already signed in to Calendly:** You’ll be directly redirected to the Integration Configuration page in BizMagnets.

3. On the Configuration page, you can update the Integration Name if needed.
4. Select the WhatsApp Channel you’d like to use with the Calendly Integration. Click Update Configuration.
5. You’ll then be taken to the Calendly Workflow page, where you can create workflows for:
   * Reminder Messages
   * Confirmation Messages
   * Follow-up Messages
