# Limited Time Offer Templates

These templates are designed to effectively communicate time-sensitive offers, driving higher customer engagement.

## **Limitations**

* Only templates categorized under `MARKETING` are supported.
* Footer components are not supported.
* Users accessing the message via WhatsApp Web or Desktop apps will not see the offer details. Instead, they will receive a notification indicating the message type is not supported on their current platform.

## **Template Creation**

1. To create a limited-time offer template in BizMagnets navigate to WhatsApp Templates under Settings in the left navigation panel. Click on **'+Create New Template'**.
2. Provide a name for the WhatsApp template. Select **'Limited Time Offer'** as the template category and select the language for the template.

3. In the Message Body section, enter the message you want to convey. Add sample values for any variables defined in the template and provide footer content (optional). To configure the limited-time offer, toggle on the Expiration Date option and enter the relevant details.

4. For the Buttons section, you can add Coupon Code and URL for the offer. You can also enable Link Click Insights to track how many people clicked the CTA button, though this is optional.

5. Once the template is set up, submit it for approval. META typically takes up to 24 hours to approve the template.

You can send Coupon Templates via Compose Box, Broadcast, Sequences, or Bots. During the sending process, you can configure the Expiration Date to set the time limit for the offer.
