Effortlessly send automated messages with customizable delivery options, template selection, and personalized links. Set delays, choose templates, and tailor links for streamlined communication.

Message Delivery Settings

Optimize when and how your messages are sent with these key options:

Send After

Choose the delay interval for sending this message, and set the duration in minutes, hours, or days as needed.

The duration can be up to 60 days, or 168 hours, or 10080 minutes.

Send Message

  1. Click on "Select Template +" to search for your desired template, and click "Select."

  1. If the chosen template contains variables, you can opt to retrieve data from contacts or manually provide a value. Finally, click "confirm" to proceed.

  1. If your WhatsApp Template has a Media, you have either option to add a variable or upload the media file from your device.

  1. If the chosen template contains CTA button with dynamic URLs, you have the option to pick one variable. Adding a variable creates a personalized link for the customer to view their info. Only one variable can be added to the end of a URL.

Set Custom Delivery Preferences

You can control when messages are delivered by adjusting the settings. Enable or disable the checkbox to customize the delivery days and time range.

By default, the delivery preference is set to "Any time" (24 hours) and "All Days" (Monday to Sunday). If you want to restrict message delivery to specific hours, such as 9 AM to 6 PM, select "Time Range" and specify the start and end times. Similarly, to limit delivery to certain days, such as Monday to Friday, select "Selected Days" and uncheck "Saturday" and "Sunday."

Add a New Step

To add a new step, click on the "Add Step" button and follow the instructions provided in the initial step to successfully create the new step.

Clone a Step

To duplicate a step, hover over the step you want to copy and click the cloning icon located at the right end of the card. This will create an identical copy of the selected step.

Edit a Step

You can modify the details of any step, including the template, delay, and delivery preferences. The delay and delivery preferences work the same way as during the step creation process.

  • To edit the template, click the edit icon, adjust the value in the pop-up, and click "Confirm" when done.

  • To replace the entire template, click "Change," choose your desired template, and click "Select."

  • For templates with variables, you can either retrieve contact data or manually input the values before clicking "Confirm."

Rearrange a Step

To rearrange steps, hover over or click the step you wish to move. Then, click on the rearrange icon to open a pop-up and adjust the step's position.

Delete a Step

To remove a step, hover over or click on the step you want to delete. Click the delete icon located at the right end of the card to successfully remove it.
