# Media

## Send Media Card

For instances where you do not require a response from the user, employ the Send Text Card. This allows you to swiftly deliver messages to your customers with minimal effort.

### Use Audio

Ensure that the file size of any pre-recorded audio you attach does not exceed 16 MB. And the file types allowed are aac, mp4, amr, mpeg, and ogg.

### Use Image

You can attach an image with or without a caption. Ensure that the image file size does not exceed 5 MB. The allowed file types are jpeg and png formats.

### Send Video

Like attaching an image, you can also attach a video with or without a caption. Ensure that the file size does not exceed 16 MB. The allowed file types are mp4 and 3gpp formats.

### Send Document

Ensure that the file size of any document you attach does not exceed 16 MB.&#x20;

When you move your cursor over the card, you will see options to copy, edit, or delete the card using the "x" icon.
