Update Opt-In Settings

Follow these simple steps to update the bulk WhatsApp opt-in settings in the Sales and Support Inbox:

  1. Navigate to the Sales or Support Inbox.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu icon and select 'WhatsApp Opt-in'.

  1. Select the desired contacts from the contact list.

  2. Click the WhatsApp icon. A confirmation prompt will appear.

  1. Confirm the action to opt-in the selected contacts for WhatsApp messaging. This updates their contact settings accordingly.
