Follow these simple steps to update the bulk WhatsApp opt-in settings in the Sales and Support Inbox:
Navigate to the Sales or Support Inbox.
Click on the three-dot menu icon and select 'WhatsApp Opt-in'.
Select the desired contacts from the contact list.
Click the WhatsApp icon. A confirmation prompt will appear.
Confirm the action to opt-in the selected contacts for WhatsApp messaging. This updates their contact settings accordingly.
Select Multiple Contacts: Choose multiple users from your inbox or import a contact list.
Send Opt-In Request: Trigger a WhatsApp message asking for user consent with a single click.
Track Opt-In Status: Monitor who has accepted or declined directly within the inbox view.
