Update Opt-In Settings
Follow these simple steps to update the bulk WhatsApp opt-in settings in the Sales and Support Inbox:
Navigate to the Sales or Support Inbox.
Click on the three-dot menu icon and select 'WhatsApp Opt-in'.

Select the desired contacts from the contact list.
Click the WhatsApp icon. A confirmation prompt will appear.

Confirm the action to opt-in the selected contacts for WhatsApp messaging. This updates their contact settings accordingly.
