# Carousel Marketing Templates

## **Overview**

A **Carousel Marketing Template** in BizMagnets is a feature that allows businesses to send visually rich, interactive messages consisting of up to 10 horizontally scrollable cards. Each card can contain images, titles, descriptions, and action buttons that users can interact with, such as 'View More' or 'Buy Now.'

Carousel Marketing templates are ideal for showcasing multiple products, services, or options within a single message, enhancing customer engagement. These templates are supported via the WhatsApp Cloud API and offer customization options for marketing and utility purposes.

## Template Creation

To create a Carousel Marketing Template, start by selecting the **Carousel Marketing** category. Customize your template based on your needs, allowing for up to 10 horizontally scrollable cards. Each card can include a unique image, title, and action buttons, offering an interactive experience for your users.

## **Carousel Format**

The Carousel Format enables the creation of visually engaging and interactive carousel templates.

**Carousel Type**: Users can choose between two types for the carousel templates: **Image Carousel** or **Video Carousel**.

**Button Types**: The available button types are **Quick Reply**, **Mobile Number** **Web** **URL**, or. By default, Button 1 is set to Quick Reply.

## **Carousel Cards**

Each card should include a media header (either an image or video), body text, and at least one button. You can add up to two buttons, which can be a combination of quick reply buttons, phone number buttons, or URL buttons.

To add a card to the Carousel, click on "+Add Carousel Card." A pop-up will appear, allowing you to upload a file for the **Card Header** (accepted file types: .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, up to 2MB for Image Carousel; .mp4, .3gpp, up to 16MB for Video Carousel). You will also need to add **Card Body** text and **Button Text**.

After selecting the Carousel format and carousel cards, submit the Template to META for approval.
