# Campaign Management Options

You can either save your work using the "Save" option or publish it with "Publish & Close." Additionally, you have the flexibility to pause, resume, edit, or delete sequences.

The two available options for each sequence are:

* Save
* Publish

## **Saving the Campaign**

If you need more time to finish creating your sequence, simply click the "Save" button. Your sequence will be saved as draft, allowing you to continue editing it right away or come back to it later without losing any progress.

## **Publishing the Campaign**

Once you've made all the necessary adjustments and are ready to begin sending messages, click "Publish." A pop-up will appear, and you can confirm by clicking "Confirm" to activate the sequence.

## **Pause/Resume Sequence**

To temporarily stop message delivery, click 'Pause' icon. When you're ready to continue, click 'Resume' icon.

**Note:** Pausing the sequence will prevent new users from entering, and no messages will be sent to users already in the sequence.

## **Edit Published Sequence**

To modify a published sequence, click the sequence to open it and make your changes, and then click "Publish" to save the updates.

## **Delete Sequence**

To remove a sequence, click 'Delete' icon and the sequence will be deleted.&#x20;

Once you delete a sequence, the action is permanent, and all data associated with the sequence will be erased.

## **Remove a Contact from a Sequence or Campaign**

To remove a contact from an active Sequence or Campaign, click the three dots next to the contact.\
Removing a contact will halt any future scheduled actions for them but will not delete their information from your account.
