  1. Business Name: Enter your business or brand name, such as "BizMagnets."

  2. Tagline: Provide a tagline to inform visitors about your response time, for example, "Connecting Businesses."

  3. Trigger Message: Customize the initial message that appears when a visitor clicks the chat widget.

  1. Logo or Chatbot Avatar: Upload your business logo to enhance brand recognition or select a chatbot avatar or upload your own to represent your brand in the chat.

  2. Widget Position: Choose the position of the widget on your website, typically left or right.

  1. WhatsApp Number: Enter your WhatsApp business number to link the chat.
