Sale Notification
Trigger notification when a customer successfully completes a payment. Sends payment confirmation with receipt details through WhatsApp.
Go to Integration on your BizMagnets dashboard and select the Telr. Go to Workflow and toggle the sale notification.

Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.

Void
When a merchant voids a transaction before settlement, the customer is notified that the transaction was canceled.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Void.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Refund
When the merchant initiates a refund, a refund confirmation to the customer through WhatsApp.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Refund.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Refund Reversal
Customers receive WhatsApp notifications when refunds are reversed.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Refund Reversal.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Authorization
Customers receive notifications when payments are authorized but not yet captured.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Authorization.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Capture
Triggers a confirmation when the merchant collects funds from an authorized payment (e.g., after order fulfillment).
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Capture.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Capture Reversal
Alerts customers if a captured payment is later reversed due to disputes or errors.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Capture Reversal.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Change Date
Automatically informs customers about modifications to transaction dates (e.g., delivery rescheduling).
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Change Date.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Change Details
Automatically informs customers about modifications to amended payment details.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Change Details.

Immediately alerts affected parties when transactions/accounts are frozen for security or compliance reasons.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Freeze.

Store Transfers
Notifies customers when their transaction is reassigned between different store locations/branches.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Store Transfers.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
Cancel
Sends instant alerts when transactions are voided before completion.
Go to Telr integration Workflow and click on the Use button beside the Store Transfers.

Click 'Pick Template+' and select a template.
Select Add Action from the dropdown and click Submit.
