Before launching your first CTWA Campaign with BizMagnets, ensure you meet the following requirements. Here are the necessary steps to create Click-to-WhatsApp Ads:
Start by securing an approved Facebook Business Manager account. If your account is not yet approved, and follow the included steps to verify your Facebook Business Manager.
You must have an active Facebook Page, which is essential for setting up Click-to-WhatsApp Ads.
Make sure your Facebook Ad account is current and has a valid, active payment method. This is crucial for funding your CTWA Campaign.
With all your requirements in place, let’s go through the process of setting up your Click-to-WhatsApp ad campaign through BizMagnets.
Start by opening your Facebook Ads Manager and clicking on "Create" in the campaign section.
Once you've clicked the create button, you'll be directed to the campaign setup page. Here, you should name your campaign. If your campaign pertains to specific areas such as credit, employment, or housing, be sure to choose the relevant category.
Navigate to the "Campaign details" section, select 'Auction' as the buying type, and choose 'Engagement' as the campaign objective. These settings are essential for enabling the 'Click to WhatsApp' option.
Once you've set your campaign's objective, decide on either a daily or lifetime budget. Additionally, choose a bid strategy that aligns with your campaign goals.
In the ad set section, set the conversion location to "Messaging Apps" and choose "Click to message" as the ad type to facilitate engagement.
With WhatsApp designated as the destination, it's time to define your campaign's budget and schedule the start and end dates.
Specify the demographics for your conversion campaign, including user location, age range, gender, languages, and connections. The size of your potential audience will be displayed on the right side of your screen.
After selecting your placement, move to the "Ad Setup" section to decide on the ad format. Options include a single image/video or a carousel format.
Highlight any current promotions, such as "free shipping" or "cash on delivery," to attract more interest and engagement.
Upload your ad content and preview how it will look to your audience. Remember to include captivating primary text.
Choose this as your desired action for your audience, making sure it is set properly to encourage engagement.
Facilitate user engagement by crafting a welcome message template in the "Message Template" section. Tailor the greeting and questions to align with your business needs. Be sure to save the template for use in future campaigns, then click "Save and Finish."
Once you've completed all the steps, you're ready to publish your ad. Facebook will conduct a review, and upon approval, your ad will become active. It's that straightforward!
