Template

Boost user interaction by adding CTA (Call to Action) buttons to your bot flow using our Template Card. Easily distribute pre-approved message templates to your customers.

To include CTA buttons in your bot flow, you must use the Template Card.

Send Template Card

You can use this card, while sending the approved template message. Read for how to create templates messages.

Send Media Template

You can choose an Approved Template that includes the type of media you wish to share with your customers from the dropdown menu. After selecting the template message you can select and media file and save it.

Copy/Delete/Edit Send Media Card

When you move your cursor over the card, you will see options to copy, edit, or delete the card using the "x" icon.
