Connect Contact Form 7 Using Generic Webhook

Install Contact Form 7 Plugin
Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
Search for Contact Form 7, then click Install and Activate.
Once installed, a new menu titled Contact will appear in your dashboard.
Install the CF7 to Webhooks Plugin
From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
Search for CF7 to Webhooks, then click Install and Activate.
Connect Contact Form 7 with BizMagnets
Select Integrations from the left navigation menu in to your BizMagnets account.
Under Available Integrations, choose Generic Webhooks and click Connect. Enter a name for the webhook (e.g., Contact Form 7 Integration) and click Submit.
A Webhook URL will be generated. Select the desired WhatsApp Channel (WhatsApp Number) for sending messages.
Copy the Webhook URL generated in BizMagnets. Open your WordPress Dashboard in a separate browser tab. Navigate to Contact > Contact Forms.
Select the desired form you want to connect with BizMagnets and click Edit. Once the form editor opens, click on Webhooks.
If the form does not include a field for collecting the customer’s WhatsApp number, add one to ensure WhatsApp messages can be sent.
For India: Ensure the phone number is either entered with the country code (+91) or without it.
For International Customers: The phone number must include the country code.
To activate the webhook, check the box to enable Integrate with Webhook.cPaste the Webhook URL copied from BizMagnets in the provided field.
Click Save to complete the setup.

Testing the Integrated Webhook
Once you have added the Webhook URL, it is important to verify if the Webhook is functioning correctly. BizMagnets provides an option to test the Webhook integration. Follow these steps:
Go to the Generic Webhook Configuration page in your BizMagnets account. Click the Capture Webhook button.
Open your website where the Contact Form 7 is embedded. Fill out the form and submit it.
Return to the BizMagnets tab, and you should see the response captured. This indicates that the Webhook is working properly.
Click Update Configuration to start creating workflows for sending WhatsApp messages.
Creating Workflows for Contact Form 7
After updating the Webhook configuration, you will be redirected to the Workflows page.
Click on Create New Workflow. Provide a name for the workflow and set any conditions, if required.
Select the WhatsApp Template you want to use. Map the variables to personalize the WhatsApp messages.
Choose an action:
Add a Tag: Enroll contacts in a sequence for follow-ups.
Update Marketing Opt-In: Update the contact's marketing preferences.
Click Create Workflow to save your settings.
Final Testing
Go back to your website where the Contact Form 7 is located. Fill out and submit the form again.
This time, you should receive an automated WhatsApp message.
Check the logs in BizMagnets to confirm that the message was sent successfully.
