Create the Quick Replies

Use the WhatsApp API to set up these quick replies by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to 'Quick Replies' in the settings.

  2. Click on '+ Add Reply'.

  3. Enter the name and text of the quick reply.

  1. Click on 'Save' to create quick replay.

Interactive Buttons

BizMagnets supports interactive buttons in quick replies, which allow users to respond with a single tap rather than typing a message.

  • Quick Reply: Use for instant, straightforward decisions (e.g., "Confirm order? [Yes][No]"). Provides up to 3 clickable buttons for quick responses.

  • List Options: Use for navigation or multiple choices (e.g., "Select a service: [Repair][Sales][Support]"). Displays a dropdown-style list with up to 10 options.

Assign Conversations To – Direct messages to:
