BizMagnets introduces the WhatsApp Quick Link functionality, making it simpler for your customers to start conversations with your business without the necessity of storing your contact information in their phone's address book.
This feature enhances the ease with which customers can communicate with you, thereby potentially increasing customer engagement levels. When a customer taps on the Quick Link, they are directly taken to a WhatsApp chat window with your business, streamlining the process for them to reach out with their queries or issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
A QR Code is also provided along with the link. You can scan the QR code (or download the same) and you will be redirected to start the WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled text message.
You can generate the pre-filled text message in the Quick Link section on the dashboard of your BizMagnets account. This pre-filled text message can be edited at any time.
